All of our candidates have more than 10 years’ experience in PR, communications and marketing, often with degrees and further qualifications in the relevant industries.

Our candidates come from professional and financial services, agency and consumer industries. We work only with candidates who have at least 10 years’ experience, meaning many of them have spent time at senior levels including directorships. Here are just some of the people who are a part of our network.

 

Tracey

A senior employee communications manager with 15 years’ experience in financial services. She has worked for some of the world’s largest banking institutions and led complex change programmes, advising on corporate communications that engage employees and ensure successful outcomes.

Rebecca

A former research editor at a global investment bank who spent 10 years living and working in Russia. She is now a fully trained social media manager who specialises in rebranding, project management, events and strategic communications.

Alison

A PR director who is a qualified journalist with nearly 20 years’ experience. She has worked at Hill & Knowlton, Frank, Berkeley before going in-house at Panasonic, Samsung, Vodafone and HTC. She also set up her own communications agency.

 

Our founder

Feel was founded in 2016 by Jane Johnson. She has more than 20 years’ experience in PR and corporate communications. Jane has helped senior leaders at some of the world’s best-known companies to communicate change and shape strategic direction.

She began her career at a public relations agency; worked on the restructure of the UK’s largest life insurer; and spent time in banking during the financial crisis. Jane has worked with ABN AMRO, HSBC, the Lloyd’s insurance market and a number of fast-moving consumer groups. She is passionate about audience engagement during times of change.

Jane also has experience of flexible working when she held a job-share at HSBC as Director of Communications for the investment banking division. She is a passionate advocate of flexible working in the communications industry and regularly speaks and writes on the subject.
