FEEL was founded by Jane Johnson in 2016. Jane has more than 20 years’ experience in PR & Communications and
has helped senior leaders at some of the world’s best-known companies to communicate change and strategic
She began her career in a London PR agency, worked on the restructure of the UK’s largest life insurer, and moved
into banking communications in 2007 during the financial crisis. She has worked with ABN AMRO, HSBC, the
Lloyd’s insurance market and a number of FMCG bands.
Jane is passionate about audience engagement, particularly during times of change. She has advised CEOs during
merger and acquisitions, corporate restructure, redundancy programmes, strategic change, organic growth, change
in leadership, and regulatory change.
Jane entered into a job-share when she worked as a Director of Communications for HSBC’s investment banking
division, proving that flexible working can work to the benefit of employer and employee. She is a passionate
advocate of flexible working in the PR and Communications industries and has written and spoken on the subject.
