What do we do?

We know that each of our clients has a unique business and faces very different challenges.
We help our clients to find the person who is right for their business. We help them to find the people who will grow their business and address their challenges. We can do this because we have a network of people whom we’ve met over 20 years in PR & Corporate Communications.

We help clients recruit on an interim or permanent basis, and for smaller clients our candidates work directly through us to deliver projects for the client.

We also run coaching sessions for our clients to help develop skills within their teams, and we have a dedicated programme aimed at helping clients manage and retain talent.
